Desk Type Laser Marking Machine with Conveyer Belt

Veshay & Vipin Technoloy has developed aclassic visual marking software independently, which only takes 2 minutes to creat a labeling template, and it is quiet easy to be operated.

It can also be connected with MES, ShopFloor and other system for data exchange. It  cancapture the product outline via CCD, and then to do high-efficiency visual engraving based tge product sculpture. Meanwhile, the lasering process can be monitored on the computer screen.

CCD Positioning System is composed of camera, lens, light source or image capturing unit, image processing software communication/input/output unit,etc. The system is doing measurement and judgement as human visual. Assisted by this system, lasering can be with more accuracy and efficiency.

The visual marking machine supports optical fiber,ultraviolet, carbon dioxide,green light and other laser types.It can slso be used for galvanometer weldiing.
